Outdoor activities are an important part of life in Minong. The Minong Village Park contains a basketball court, horseshoe pits, a volleyball court and a variety of playground equipment. The park also has an indoor/outdoor pavillion for family picnics. Also found in our municipality is three ballparks. Totogatic park provides access to the 1,564-acre flowage for boating, swimming, fishing and camping. Totogatic park is on county forest lands just 9 1/2 miles west of Minong. Extensive snowmobile and ATV trails leading into the village help make Minong a four season recreational center.
